Delivery charges in New Zealand

Standard delivery is NZ$25 for orders below NZ$100 and free for orders of NZ$100 or more, calculated after any discount. Express delivery is NZ$25 on any order, including above the free standard-delivery threshold.

Current delivery times

Allow 5 to 7 days for delivery, plus 24 to 48 hours for order handling and processing. These are estimates and delivery time varies by location. The published estimate for express is also 5 to 7 days; it is not a promise of next-day delivery.

Tracking your order

Tracking details are sent when the parcel is dispatched. Items from the same purchase may arrive in separate packages. Use our parcel tracking page or contact us for help.

Delivery problems

Contact us if your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or does not arrive. See our refunds and returns policy.
