Information we use

When you order or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, delivery address, order details and enquiry. We use it to process and fulfil orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud and meet record-keeping obligations.

Payment and service providers

Stripe and PayPal process payments; we do not receive or store your full card details. We share the information needed to perform their services with payment processors, delivery and fulfilment providers, website hosting, customer support and enquiry-form providers. Our business and service providers may process information outside New Zealand, including in Thailand. We remain responsible for handling personal information in accordance with applicable privacy law.

Browser storage and embedded content

The basket and checkout return information use browser storage. Analytics may use cookies to help us understand site use. Embedded forms, videos, the quote calculator and other external services may collect usage data under their own privacy policies when you use them. See our cookie policy.

Information from the previous website

If you created an account, posted a comment or uploaded media on the previous website, you may request access to that information. Historical comments and account records may be retained for support, legal or security purposes. Embedded location data in images may be visible to others, so remove it before sending an image.

Retention and protection

We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and applicable legal, accounting and security obligations. Access is limited to the people and providers who need it for those purposes.
